Pilot questions

Good to know.

Does the pilot cost anything?+
No. The sensor and shipping are free, and you keep the unit after the pilot. All we ask is that you actually use it and share feedback.
What do I need to take part?+
A water filter with a housing the sensor can see through (most under-sink and whole-house filters work), home Wi-Fi, and a phone for the app. US shipping address for now.
How long is the commitment?+
About 60 days of normal use, plus a couple of short check-in surveys. There's an optional debrief call at the end. You can drop out anytime.
What happens to my data?+
We use your filter readings and feedback only to improve the product. We don't sell your data, and your application details stay with our team.
When will I hear back?+
We review on a rolling basis and email selected testers within a few business days. Units are limited, so applying early helps.
