Is the unit really free?+
Yes. The first five completed beta requests receive one EyeOnFilter beta unit and a personal demonstration/setup at no cost. In exchange, you agree to use it and provide feedback.
What do I need to take part?+
You need a filter setup EyeOnFilter can monitor, home Wi-Fi, a phone for the app, and availability for a demonstration/setup. We are focusing this first beta locally so we can work directly with testers.
What feedback do you want?+
Nothing complicated. We want to know whether setup made sense, whether the status and alerts were useful, what confused you, and what you would change before a wider launch.
What happens to my data?+
We use your filter readings and feedback only to improve the product. We don't sell your data, and your reservation details stay with our team.
When will I hear back?+
We will review requests in the order received and contact the first five completed requests to arrange the demonstration and setup.
